Course Withdrawal

The course withdrawal must be carried out by the student through the Student Portal within the deadline established in the UFRJ academic calendar.

 

Course Exclusion

When withdrawal is not possible, the student may request the exclusion of a course by submitting a justification through the Course Exclusion Request Form.

Art. 38 of the Regulations: The course whose exclusion is requested within the established deadline will not appear on the student’s academic record. The exclusion must be requested by the middle of the course duration.

Sole Paragraph: The indication “J” (Justified Abandonment) will be given, for a justified reason and at the discretion of the Deliberative Committee, to the course that the student has abandoned after the deadline for exclusion.
